Scientific Name - Ipomea aquatica
Kang Kong is also know as Water Spinach. The leaves are flat and can vary in shape, but are generally long, narrow and arrow shaped. This is an edible pond plant, fast growing and the leaves are great in salads.
Kang Kong is a seasonal plant which will die back in winter and sprout again in spring. It will retain leaves through winter if kept in a very warm sunny position.
Pond Plants can come in two sizes, 140mm ($12.95) or 200mm ($20.00) pot. The 140 pots are generally always in stock but the larger 200 pots are not always available. Please check for availability.
