How to Use:

1. Add the heater to the aquarium. Before switching on leave heater in aquarium for 15 minutes to allow sensor to adjust to temperature of the water.
2. Switch on the heater. The heater should be factory pre-set between 22-28 degrees C. If necessary the dial on top can allow further adjustment up or down.
3. The heater has a 0.5°C  variance: which means the heater with switch on when the temperature is 0.5°C  lower than the setting (the indicator light switches on). When the temperature is higher than 0.5°C  of the set temperature the heater will stop heating (the indicator switches off).
4. As with all aquarium appliances please ensure you create a drip loop with any electrical cables. This simply means to arrange the cords so they hang down well below the outlet before running back up again.
5. Appliance must be unplugged for 10-20 minutes prior to removing from aquarium or during any water change.
