Venturi Pond Vacuum
The PondMAX pond vacuum comes with an aluminium extendable handle and 3m of anti-kink discharge pipe. The vacuum helps to remove pond sludge and debris. The PondMAX pro Pond Vacuum can be used after treating a pond to help remove any dead algae that can cause the next crop to thrive.

Instructions:
The PondMAX Sucker is ideal for removing sediment layer from tanks and spas and seasonal pond clean outs or removing sludge from a pond after using an algae treatment. The sucker cleans and does a water change by emptying the pond at the same time.
Step One: Unpack the PondMAX sucker and connect the extendable handle. Attach by screwing handle clockwise into socket on PondMAX sucker and extend to desired length.
Step Two: Connect a standard 12mm click on hose fitting to the inlet hose connector.
Step Three: Attach the 19mm discharge pipe to the barbed outlet and place the other end of the discharge pipe into the garden or bucket.
Step Four: Net out any large leaves and debris from the pond floor and allow to settle.
Step Five: Turn the tap onto desired pressure (recommended half flow) and start vacuuming pond sludge and sedimentation. Adjust pressure accordingly.
Step Six: If any debris catches in the front of the nozzle of the PondMAX sucker. Use your free hand to remove and discard the debris from the unit.
Step Seven: Tap water passin through the PondMAX sucker will not flow into your pond. The venturi action will suck and remove the pond water with the sludge and sediment. Consider where the water is going when you position your discharge pipe. The nutrients from your pond will help your plants grow.
Step Eight: When Vacuuming is complete, remove and put away the PondMAX sucker. When refilling your pond make sure to use a water conditioner.
